- Lightening
Thanks to the removal of material, uniform over the entire surface or localized on the unmasked areas, significant weight reductions can be achieved by overcoming the technological limits with which the component was made - Surface processing of sheets and extrusions
With a localized material removal it is possible to obtain thinner areas by simultaneously acting on large portions of the surface - Surface cleaning
Elimination of alumina and any residues from previous processing (eg. foundry sand) - Additive Manufacturing
Removal of supports and elimination of unsintered powders (even in areas that cannot be reached mechanically). Reduction of design constraints for the supports positioning. Improvement of the surface roughness characteristics on components made by addivite manufacturing
